1. Booking Appointments

All appointments require a booking fee to secure your time slot. This fee is non-refundable and will be applied toward the total cost of your service.

2. Cancellation Policy

We require at least 48 hours notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in forfeiture of your booking fee.

3. Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in rescheduling and forfeiture of your booking fee.

4. No Shows

Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment will forfeit their booking fee and may be required to pay the full service fee for future bookings.

5. Service Satisfaction

We strive for 100% client satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with your service, please notify us within 24 hours for us to address your concerns.

6. Health and Safety

We maintain the highest standards of hygiene and sanitation. All tools are sterilized between clients, and disposable items are single-use only.

7. Payment

We accept cash and major credit cards. Payment is due at the time of service completion.

8. Liability

We are not liable for any allergic reactions or skin sensitivities. Clients are responsible for disclosing any allergies or medical conditions prior to service.

9. Children Policy

For safety reasons, children under 12 are not permitted in the service area unless they are receiving a service.

10. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior or with conditions that may pose a health risk.
